Role Title: Account Delivery Manager, Subcontractor

The Account Delivery Manager is an independent subcontractor who is responsible for supporting client-facing delivery continuity across consulting engagements, particularly within public sector and mission-driven environments. This role helps ensure that awarded projects are supported by consistent communication, engagement responsiveness, stakeholder coordination, and continuity throughout the life of the contract.

The Account Delivery Manager serves as a client-facing support and coordination resource during project delivery, helping to bridge client needs and expectations with the internal project team. This role supports engagement continuity by helping ensure that communication remains clear, client concerns are appropriately routed, project touchpoints are coordinated, and the overall delivery experience remains organized and responsive.

This role is distinct from the Project Manager in that it is not primarily responsible for managing day-to-day project schedules, task trackers, or internal workflow execution. Instead, the Account Delivery Manager focuses more directly on account-level coordination, stakeholder responsiveness, communication continuity, and delivery support from the client engagement perspective.

Key Responsibilities
