    The purpose of program evaluation is to first clarify assumptions through specific evaluation procedures, identify specific issues, and implement proven and innovative solutions. The outcome is the enhancement of current processes to produce more effective results.

    Evaluation and process improvement involves a review and analyzation of your organization's systems to identify roadblocks and core operational issues in effort to help identify proven solutions and establish more effective systems and practices.

    The Strategy Huddle focuses on your organization's data infrastructure and its stategic systems. Data Strategy and Technology Implementation involves an assessment of your organization’s data processes: data collection, client onboarding, data entry, and data management, including CRM and program administration databases. Upon identifying specific issues and solutions, recommendations are provided to improve the current systems and strategies and to develop a more efficient process. You don't have to worry about the complications around technology - we take the total lead of implementation and training.

    Following the assessment, we'll:

    • Provide recommendations are provided regarding systems, processes, and strategies
    • Create management tools
    • Train staff and leaders to use new systems or new ways to use established systems to drive productivity and gain more satisfying results, and
