Track I:Program Evaluation & Process Improvement
The purpose of program evaluation is to first clarify assumptions through specific evaluation procedures, identify specific issues, and implement proven and innovative solutions. The outcome is the enhancement of current processes to produce more effective results.
Evaluation and process improvement involves a review and analyzation of your organization's systems to identify roadblocks and core operational issues in effort to help identify proven solutions and establish more effective systems and practices.
After assessing your organization's processes and current program operations, recommendations are made to develop greater efficiency in your organization's processes and current program operations, the project is managed to update your SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures), implement recommended solutions, and measure and track performance.
Track II:New Program Development
In New Program Development, we guide the outline of the planning and implementation for the piloting of new programs within your organization. This is a minimum 1 year program.
Developing new programs with The Strategy Huddle involve project planning and management of the following components and 8 phases:
