Besides research and writing, the service includes keeping track of grant application statuses, tracking report due dates, and writing and submitting reports.

    Track I:
    Program Evaluation & Process Improvement

    The purpose of program evaluation is to first clarify assumptions through specific evaluation procedures, identify specific issues, and implement proven and innovative solutions. The outcome is the enhancement of current processes to produce more effective results.

    Evaluation and process improvement involves a review and analyzation of your organization's systems to identify roadblocks and core operational issues in effort to help identify proven solutions and establish more effective systems and practices.

    After assessing your organization's processes and current program operations, recommendations are made to develop greater efficiency in your organization's processes and current program operations, the project is managed to update your SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures), implement recommended solutions, and measure and track performance.


    Track II:
    New Program Development

    In New Program Development, we guide the outline of the planning and implementation for the piloting of new programs within your organization. This is a minimum 1 year program.

    Data Collection & Management involves an assessment of your organization’s data processes: data collection, client onboarding, data entry, and data management, including CRM and program administration databases. Upon identifying specific issues and solutions, recommendations are provided to improve the current systems and strategies and to develop a more efficient process.

    Following the assessment, we'll:

    • Provide recommendations are provided regarding systems, processes, and strategies
    • Create management tools
    • Train staff and leaders to use new systems or new ways to use established systems to drive productivity and gain more satisfying results, and
    • Manage the implementation of new processes while measuring performance.

    This process prepares the organization for successful program reporting to better analyze outcomes, guide strategy sessions, and generate funding support.
